Circle City Tickets is an independently owned and operated ticket service dealing in high demand tickets for sporting events, concerts, theatre and other special events.
The Challenge
Circle City Tickets came to SpinWeb with a problem. The problem was a web site that was causing pain for Circle City Tickets customers due to issues with site usability, reliability, and speed. Additionally, the previous Circle City Tickets web site was not search-friendly, which means that a huge opportunity was being lost when customers were searching online for events and tickets.
SpinWeb reviewed the problems with the current situation and designed a new web site that was fast, search-friendly, user-friendly, and reliable.
