both are: (i) accepted by SpinWeb, and (ii) which sign up for at
least a one year license, and pay the fees, for our hosting and software licensing.

referral form. We make only one reward for each eligible referral. The
specific rewards available under the Program may be changed by us at
any time. We may cancel the Program or modify its terms at any time. SpinWeb has the sole right to decide whether to accept or conduct
business with a referral. Without limiting our right not to accept
referrals for any reason, you will not receive a reward if SpinWeb
has identified your referral as a potential customer before receipt of

Rewards will not be made in any state where prohibited by law or
