Content Coordinator

work hands on with clients to plan, gather,
and implement web content for projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with client and Project Manager to develop a website plan and evaluate web solutions to address business needs
  • Create and document website goals, content inventories, sitemaps, page by page recommendations
  • Facilitate client meetings, document and communicate written plans to client
  • Assist clients with the collection (or creation) of content throughout a project (may include copywriting or working with a Copywriter)
  • Assist the creative & build teams by polishing content in the CMS with a discerning, detail-oriented eye

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Understanding of CMS / database systems and web marketing strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with copywriters, photographers, designers and developers to refine content to meet client goals
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to influence others to support decisions
  • Ability to analyze and explain Google Analytics
  • Comfortable with Google Apps (Documents, Spreadsheets)
  • Experience with diagramming or page layout software (Omnigraffle, InDesign, Visio)
  • Job Experience Required: 2+ years relevant web, copywriting or project management experience
  • College degree in business, marketing, or technology fields
